Our Projects

Sydney Metro "Harbour Link" Station, Australia
To excavate a 25-meter deep station box in Sydney’s dense CBD, adjacent to heritage-listed buildings. The project demanded strict control of environmental vibration, management of a complex water table, and adherence to a “zero-impact” settlement tolerance on neighboring structures.
"Deep Shaft" Gold Mine Hoist Tower, Johannesburg, South Africa
To construct a 120-meter permanent steel hoist tower next to an active mine shaft, within a confined space that prohibited large crane use. The solution required providing a safe, stable platform for personnel and components while withstanding persistent high winds and humidity at the shaft head.

"Cloud Peak" Luxury Hotel Core, Dubai, UAE
To construct the twin, tapering curved cores of an 85-story hotel at a pace no slower than 4 days per floor. The project faced additional challenges from Dubai’s summer heat, sand, and wind, demanding exceptional safety and equipment reliability.
"North Sea Link" Bridge Pylons, Stavanger, Norway
To construct large, precast concrete pylons for a major bridge in the harsh, wind-swept North Sea. The complex pylons contained dense reinforcement and embedments. Operations were limited by short weather windows, and strict environmental regulations required zero pollution and prevention of any material falling into the sea.
